ASRS v1.1 is a validated adult ADHD symptom screening tool co-developed with WHO.

How it works
Items 1–6 form the screener. If ≥4 items meet thresholds, screen-positive. We also provide domain percentages.

Self-report tools may be affected by recall or context; professional assessment is required for diagnosis.
